The location is great-malls, transportation even a huge flea market for honey, shell crafts, preserves, t-shirts etc- so much to do in the area. Everything is closeby-restuarants, beaches are nearby-went to Anna Maria Island, Manatee Beach!! The price-I'm still trying to figure it out-what a bargain!! It's a whole lot of convenience for an excellent price. more
