This motel is very conveniently located near Tiger Mountain Vineyard at which we attended a special dinner event and did not want to drive back to the Atlanta area that night. The next day we wanted to do some hiking and the motel staff suggested the Black Rock State Park. This park had several excellent hiking trails and was located within five miles of the motel. Excellent Mexican Restaurant located on property site. more

This is my 4th time in a year - the school my son attends is in that area. To be honest there are other establishments in the area, but this serves my needs very well - I feel safe and the staff know me by now. also, close to (what amenities there are in the area) the businesses and eating stops. i am going to stay again - the staff are very friendly more

The room was comfortable and the staff were great. We had a problem with the safety door lock and all the staff were extremely helpful and supportive in resolving the issue. Would definetly stay there again. more

My son and I were looking for an inexpensive, but clean and safe place to spend a night on our way through town on a kayaking trip. This turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was very clean, the beds very comfy. I slept GREAT. Everything worked - A/C, cable TV, free in-room Wi-fi. The area felt safe - a little road noise, but I only noticed it during waking hours. The staff was very friendly. The free continental breakfast was minimal but good - coffee, a few pastries, bagels, bananas, etc. We also ate dinner at the Mexican restaurant downstairs and it was good as well. No, this is not the Ritz, but if you're looking for an inexpensive place to have a good night's rest, this might be for you. Definitely would recommend. more

The hotel is off of Hwy 441 in the city of Clayton. The room was clean and there were no offensive smells. The hotel offers a very simple breakfast in the morning offering bagels, glazed donuts, bananas, milk, cereal, and hot coffee. The do have a small pool out front that was clean and safe for the kids. Safe being it was shallow in depth. I would recommend the Dillard House (Country buffet) or Mama G's for Italian food. I paid 80 dollars a night which is not bad for that time of year. more

Very clean room...neat as a pin. Young lady at the desk was friendly and cooperative. The Mexican restaurant/cantina located underneath the restaurant was frequented by families and couples during my stay....so no problem. Very pleased. more
