Suggestion: It would be beneficial to have the opportunity to have someone at the salon who would critique/discuss what the client should with hair/skin to look better. For example: suggest whether color, length, style should be changed to increase the client's visual appearance. This would include suggestion related to relating which style would enhance the face of the individual. Emphasis on how style for age, shape of face, etc. Would assist client with getting the best for themselves. The baby boomers are a large group to attract. Your salon is lovely and your employees have great interaction skills.
