Dawn Arruda, a third-generation real estate agent and the newest Realtor to hang her license with Ross Real Estate. Dawn's father Lynn Bartle and her grandmother Emma Bartle were agents in her hometown of Hagerstown, Maryland. Dawn's journey into real estate would happen later in life when her family relocated to Warrenton, VA.
