front desk and management 8/19/2011

at st.cloud davita clinic all the pct's are very nice and friendly so as the nurses and at the pd area they are awesome, but when it comes to the front desk the secretary is not friendly at all I believe her name is Hellyn, she does not have any manners and when you approach her she always seen to have an attitude. I also notice that there is couple of girls always sitting by the front desk and all they do is talk and giggles, And if you have any concerns or complaints and direct them to the facility administrator she also does not do anything about it. I believe the clinic is good and who make you feel welcome are the Pct's but when it comes from management or front desk they are not good years ago it was an excellent clinic but when new management came in now it's SUCKS. I just have to say thank you to the pct's that's about it. more

DaVita services - friendliest faces in Florida 7/24/2010

We were on vacation in Kissimmee, Florida when my husband had a problem with his peritoneal line. Their center was very easy to find and access was easy. From the minute we walked in they were very friendly and treated us as if we were part of their group. I wish I could remember the names of the two nurses that worked with us, but I just can't. And that is unfortunate too, since they deserve all the praise for their treatment and friendliness. When we left, we were hugged just as if we were part of their family! Thank you so much for your service and friendliness. Up til that point in our vacation, we had not been shown much friendliness by anyone we had come into contact with.
