We used these guys to move our office building. Most everything was good. The guys are fairly nice and listen to instructions fairly well. They did break one of our tables, which was a little upsetting. Jake made good on his promise to fix it, which he did, but it took quite a bit of time. Cost was a bit expensive, but overall, the experience was ok. Not sure we would use them again, but this was our first experience with movers so we'll see...
