Lesson learned 6/28/2011

I read the previous two reviews before calling this location. I will admit I was leary but seeing the review were from 3 and 5 years ago, staffing changes, right? I called to set up an appointment to come in to try on dresses. The woman seemes pleasant at first, then when I let her know the reason for my call, she huffed at me then very impolitely asked if I could hold while she retrieved the appointment book. I was on hold for more than SIX minutes. I hung up and called a different boutique. Lesson learned...trust the reviews. more

Is this the way a bride should be treated 5/10/2010

I went to davids bridal in madison a couple of times and ????t first they were nice I thought I had finally found the perfect dress so I put it on layaway when I came to make a payment on it I had discovered that It had been ruined I told them I wanted to find a different dress to put it on layaway and they told me that it can't happen even tho they recked it wtf thought they were supposto make dreams come true haha big not more like a train wreck more

rude. very, very rude. 7/1/2008

one of my maids purchased her dress there and she was supposed to get a $20 discount. they didn't even try to find me in the system, they just said no and moved on. i called and the employees kelly and katie were downright rude to me on the phone. Cons: horribly rude employees. more
