poor service 5/25/2011

My daughter paid half down on a dress May 7th 2011. On May 14th she had to call off the wedding. We we went to get a refund on the dress and was told that only store credit could be given. This was not true after speaking with other David's Bridal stores and the main office. They then told us that they would refund the money by check and mail,well no check and today is the 25th!! My daughter still plans to have a wedding at a later date,but we will not be shopping at David's more

david's bridal is good if you're looking for a wedding dress or a long prom dress. But if you're looking for modern knee length dresses, you're out of luck. They have a very small selection of knee length fancy dresses, and even those were only in certain sizes. however, the store is very nice and organized and the sales associates are friendly. more
