Demarco Robinson was very professional at my best friends appointment! I sat in with her and he was very understanding, and patient. She was set at a price she could afford, and although it was a long process, she walked out VERY satisfied with her payment arrangement and was able to trade her 2001 Grand AM for a 2007 Sebring. more

My friend recently purchased her first car with payments from David Stanley Dodge, and her sales man, Demarco Robinson, was great. I sat in with her at her appointment and he made her experience so enjoyable that I am thinking about trading in my car as well. He broke down everything, kept her informed on changes, and he did everything he could to get her into the car she wanted at the price that was affordable for her. I am definitely going to set an appointment with him once I make my decision! more

I recently purchased a new truck from David Stanley Dodge. Shawn Archer, my sales guy absolutely made the experience enjoyable. Shawn, was very knowledgable, friendly, patient and honest. I believe that we looked at, at least 50 different trucks on 4 different lots and because of that dedication I walked away that night feeling really good about my purchase. However, the next day while I was showing off my new truck I noticed that there was some slight hail damage that neither Shawn nor myself had seen. I went back to David Stanley Dodge and spoke to Shawn. Shawn and Justin, the Customer Relations manager, again went that extra mile to make sure that I walked away happy. more

I am a customer who drove from Amarillo Texas to purchase a\r 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4X4. I must say it was well\r worth the drive. I met 3 wonderful hardworking members of \r The David Stanley team. 1st I met Melanie Chandler, she is \r a honest and stand up person, instead of her taking my sale \r from the internet rep I had been corresponding with via email \r she found him and advised him I was in the building. I then\r met my internet rep Shawn Archer face to face. Shawn was \r awesome and answered all of my questions and even questions\r I didn't know I wanted to ask. He also was very honest and \r upfront about the deal we made online nothing hidden no bait\r and switch. I would also make sure to mention that Melanie \r even though she was not my sells person she kept checking \r on me. Lastly I would like to say that the finance manager\r Colin Johnson whom I dealt with was great and made the worst \r part of buying a car very easy and made sure I was able to \r drive my car h more

We had a good visit to DSD. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Mike Champion did a fabulous job helping me Saturday morning in the rain get my stuff out of my old car and into the new one. He also helped me set up my phone and showed me the features inside the car. Mike went out of his way b/c my original salesman couldn't make it in Saturday. Thanks Mike! more

Military beware 2/27/2011

Heard of at least 20 people that I work with (all military) that they sign all the paperwork, let you take the car, then come back a week later and say they can't finance you, but they won't take the car back--they want to charge $5000 because you drove it for a week thinking you owned it. Do not go to this dealer--try someone else. And get your own financing--that way this doesn't happen to you like it does so many other people. more

Good experience 11/14/2010

I had a very pleasent experience with David Stanley Dodge. My salesman was Darren McMillin and he did a nice job. He cared about what I was needing in a vehicle and was not pushy. The rest of the sales staff was very nice. My third tail light was leaking and they took care of it immediately and even gave me a loaner truck till it was fixed the next day. I would recommend David Stanley Dodge and be sure to ask for Darren McMillion. more

bad service 11/11/2010

we went to the midwest city david stanley dodge. we got a call froma guy named shane and we called and called trying to get aahold of him and neve got a call back. when we finally talked to someone we asked what al we would need to get a car. and once we got down there it was a total different story. they lied on the phone and we drove all the way from the kansas state line. and now they are saying ( after a week of having the car) that they cant finance us without a cosignter. they need to get their act together and stop being liars. i dont and wont refer anyone to buy there ever, we got bad service all around, and lied to about everything.... more

We Love our Jeep Patriot. The salesperson did a great job for us. The finance department was totally cooperative and helped expedite us through the paperwork. I already have had a great experience with the service department and look forward to continuing my experience with our Jeep Patriot. more
