You know, the previous review sounds so good - it really does - in fact, it's what brought me to this trainer in the first place. Unfortunately, it's clearly not true. I was working out with this trainer for more than a year, and during that time, I saw none of these models - instead, I saw a business that was quickly going down the tubes, primarily because the owner - David Silva - was just awful. I can barely communicate just how bad he was, but I'll try. Here goes:\r
\r
(1) I learned he has severe obsessive-compulsive disorder - when you would workout you needed to use his towels and needed to make sure the logo was pointing up! Amazing.\r
(2) He was a clean freak. I actually saw him freak out once because there was dirt on the floor. Another time I was told he went around vacuuming (sp?) everyone's shoes! (This is not a joke, it apparently really happened.)\r
(3) he has VERY poor training skills - I heard he injured a few people.\r
(4) Hygiene - not good. He had very bad breath and also would stink up the entire gym when he went to the bathroom. Sad, but true.\r
(5) Clients. Over a little more than a year, I saw people leaving him left and right. \r
(6) Reality. He doesn't even own this gym!!! He went bankrupt in 2001 - his sister owns everything. And then about a year ago, he stopped paying his rent and was evicted!!!! He now works at David Barton, where I've heard the other trainers can't stand him - he's like 30 years older than everyone (nearly 50) and totally obnoxious.\r
(7) Rip-off: He ripped off many clients - and one is taking to him to court for thousands of dollars.\r
(8) Alleged Pedophile? Amazing, but true. He was arrested for molesting a young boy. In the end, there wasn't enough evidence, so the case was dismissed. Go figure.\r

This guy is BAD NEWS on every level. Basically, he's a poor trainer who's also a con artist. Do a little research and you'll see this is true. Good luck!
Pros: When he had the gym, it was beautiful
Cons: So many cons it's amazing
