Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. more

I think that this is a great Dentist!! People just have to know him...He is very Kind, and has a great sense of humor..I don't think you should rate him on when he gives an injection, maybe people freak out so that's why..I think you should also look as his work he did for you!!He tells it like it is and there is nothing wrong with that. more

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. more

Dr. Novak and his staff are wonderful!! He was very patient with me and helped me deal with my fear of needles during the procedure. He was quick and precise. The office is very nice and there is a lot of good reading material. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Novak for any future dental appointments. more
