I DO NOT RECOMMEND David McDavid Honda of Irving. I exchange several emails (see below) with Gordon Meek and agreed on $32,950.14 (out the door) for a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L. I went to the dealership to purchase the Odyssey van at the agreed price. Once I arrived and spent over an hour, they told me they couldn't offer to sell the car on the agreed price. They didn't even apologize or have any remorse. David McDavid Honda of Irving is DISHONEST.\r \r This also happened at Rusty Wallis Honda with John Hargis. DO NOT GO TO Rusty Wallis Honda .\r \r Both David McDavid Honda of Irving and Rusty Wallis Honda tell you lies to get you in the door. When you show up at the dealership, they try to use aggressive sales tactics to get you to buy the car at a higher price.\r \r After the horrible experience, I finally purchased a van at Bankston Honda in Lewisville. I RECOMMEND Bankston Honda in Lewisville. They do not play or have any hidden cost (accessory fees, advertising fee, deliver fee, etc.).\r \r more

Outstanding! 9/19/2010

I wanted to drop you both a line to let you know about the outstanding individuals you have in Justin Wall and Chad Ford. My mother was in a wreck last Monday, July 19th. She was not badly injured fortunately, but was very shaken up by the entire ordeal. My mom sadly lost her 1995 Honda Accord in the accident. She was very upset by this, and with one phone call to Justin and Chad this situation was completely turned around. On Wednesday July 21st my birthday, we drove to the dealership after calling Justin, and within an hour he had found a fantastic 2010 CR-V that she fell in love with. My wife and I have bought cars at David McDavid from Justin and Chad, and I have sent many friends, between my wife and me and my friends we have purchased at least seven cars from Justin or Chad. They were all tip-top transactions, but this one by far takes the cake to see my mom be so tickled and happy that someone went above and beyond to make her happy makes me happy. As long as Justin and Chad are with David McDavid you will always have mine, my family and my friends business. Thank you for having individuals like Justin Wall and Chad Ford there to put my mom at ease with buying a new car that she loved. more

best ever 9/16/2010

David Mc David Honda is one of the best dealerships ever, well the BEST EVER! I sit at my office and still so shocked how professional they are! They just blew me away on how the customer service and organized the dealership really is! David Mc David will be getting more customers from my behalf and I know they will feel the same way! I just came from there and already in a 2010 Honda Accord Coupe! What a beautiful car, the exterior is gray and the interior is black with nice wheels! I know once my family gets home they will be excited just like me! I have Claire to thank for the best experience at David Mc David if it wasn’t for her and her knowledge of this company and the vehicle I wouldn’t of driven off with this amazing car! more
