David Masters - State Farm Insurance Agent

First bad experience ever with State Farm was with David Masters. Unprofessional, does not communicate. I had a simple question I emailed and had to repeatedly follow up to get any responses. I finally called in to talk and the desk guy did not care and I never did get a call or email back. Very surprised at lack of professionalism and arrogance. There are several other local neighborhood State Farm agents in Pittsburgh, My advice would be to seek them out rather than Mr. Masters. If you ever need to communicate with him, you will likely be disappointed. more

I have been with State Farm for many years. I moved into the area 6 years ago, and needed to find a nearby agent. David has exceeded my expectations with his friendly and helpful manner. My questions have been answered promptly and accurately,my needs addressed, and I feel very confident having my insurance in his competent hands. more

Decent Rates, but terrible customer service.\r Not recommended, tried to get a straight answer on my policy,\r nothing but the run a round, impersonal service, unreliable,\r they don't value you or your business. more

I am amazed that anyone would have the nerve to speak poorly about David or anyone in his office. I have had State Farm now for roughly 10 years and have been very happy with it. I have always had a very friendly and personable experience with David and Ann. It is that kindness and caring that has kept me with them over all of these years. Perhaps those who have had issues with this location have had them for reasons of their own and not for anything that they experienced through the service they received.\r \r The people in this office have always been very helpful and friendly and I am sorry that I must look for a new agent due to moving out of state. It says a lot when I was given recommendations for a new agent in the state of South Carolina by David's office. That says a lot about the care and concern they have for their customers! They treat their customers like they are part of their family. That to me says it all. Shame on anyone who has said anything negative. more

I have been with State Farm since 1984; and with David Masters since 2001. I have never had the negative or poor treatment from David or his staff as previously and malicously posted. We all have our good and bad days but these posts are ridiculous!!!\r Once again David & his staff have been nothing short of professional in all and any dealings I have had. He also has a notary on site who has been a plus to have access to and in my opinion is one more example of the best customer service I have ever had.\r I am here in support of David and his staff and here to tell the bozos who posted the garbage posts to get a life. more

David is a fantastic agent. Generally when you call David, things aren't going well (car crash, leak in the house). After talking to him, things look a lot better. His response will always include "Don't worry, we'll fix it" and he means it! I have been so happy with David, and although we're moving across the state, we planning on staying with David! more

David took over the office about 12 years ago and we now have most of our coverage through him. He does a great job and makes having to have insurance a pleasure. My brothers family and many of our friends also use him and all are pleased. We recommend David to everyone and would probably not still be with SF if it were not for him! more
