knowledge, honesty, quality of service 11/16/2014

My daughter had a severe oil leak on her 2001 Pontiac grand am. When getting her tires rotated at another location they added 4 qts of oil. They told her to go to a transmission place immediately. She called me. I said no no no we're going to Dave's. Called Dave and he got her in right away. Turns out it was her oil pressure switch. more

This last visit will be our 3rd time of being invoiced for a windshield washer fill and I have had to refill each of the last three times. Granted it isn't that much of a charge, but you would think that if the service as on the invoice; it would have been taken care. It just makes you wonder about the other charges onm our invoices. more

Another success! Thank you. 10/14/2014

The transfer case repair was a success. This issue was diagnosed on the last visit. Small hole develops in transfer case of this vintage of GM 4x4. Resolution is to replace the cover. Work done on schedule and on budget, even with having an issue tracking down a cover from local suppliers. Ryan explained the entire repair thoroughly and clearly. Thanks again! more
