Dave has cut down trees and cleared both my neighbors and my property of brush and grasses and did so thoroughly, even cleaning up afterwards. The wood was cut and left in piles so I could easily maneuver it and the fire threat I always felt is now much less. I thought his pricing was very reasonable for what he did as well.
