Dan and his team are fantastic. They are very friendly and know how to work with a client to get the best rate and the right protection. After being with Dan Schneller's State Farm office for over a year, I was incredibly dissatisfied when my first interaction with Dan over a billing issue was pushed to the bottom of his pile and I was left with no returned emails, phone calls and he refused to meet in person... even on a weekday. Ultimately, my policy was canceled due to their agency lack of attentiveness to it's clients, and they never informed me of this and only to try and TRIPLE my rate. After finally reaching him the following week to resolve the issue, he was rude, irate and incredibly offensive on the phone. Why in the world would I pay the extra for a dedicated agent when it is someone as careless, hard to reach and uncivil as Dan Schneller? Since then I have heard other complaints from people who have experienced similar from him and also have canceled their policies. Take your business elsewhere and don't let them take your money for nothing more
