We purchased a new home at the beginning of this year (2015) and had opted for an entirely new HVAC system to replace our 30 year old existing unit that came with the house. Out of all the contract work we had done to the home, no one has even came close to the professional's at Dale's. Their customer service is a model that I rarely see in other business's. From the Consultation work all the way up to their most recent visit to repair an ufortunate event with mother nature, they have remained prompt, trustworthy, and professional. Tanner (hvac tech) has done an amazing job from the start, he simply will not leave a job until every stone has been unturned. Bottom Line: Dale's Heating and Air has made me a customer for life... more

Daniel Fisher - Tune Up 12/18/2014

Dear Dales Daniel came to our home to do a tune up on our HVAC system Thursday the 31st of July. He is very neat, polite and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained his mission, made a suggestion on a drain from the outside unit and followed up a day later to install a plug as discussed. I was very impressed and think Daniel is a good find and hope you keep him on the team as he mentioned he is new to the area. I signed up for 2 more tune ups and would like Daniel to stay with us for future visits. Please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information. Prompt and Thorough 12/4/2014

Amazing Work by Dales Heating & Air 6/4/2014

I just wanted to write a note to express my sincere appreciation for all the work that you guys did for my family. Tanner was amazing as always. So kind and thoughtful when he had to beak the bad news to me. Also Chris Coleman was one of the nicest people and very knowledgeable. Came into my home and took almost an hour to get to the bottom of a problem we have had since our house was built >11 yrs ago. It was so nice to finally wake up to a warm house. My husband said the guys that did the install were just as nice. So when I came home from work yesterday to a worm house – it was awesome. Please make sure you tell Tanner and Chris and the guys who installed thank you from the bottom of my heart more

Outstanding Service 6/2/2014

I have been a customer of Dales from the very start. I have been in out home for 28 years. I do not have one complaint against their service. Out first unit went out 6 years ago at Christmas. They were prompt with taking care of us and getting us up and running at such a busy holiday time more

Based on my research and budget, I asked differences between brands and models. I was satisfied with their knowledge. We talked about a maintenance agreement once the unit has the one year check up. I would gladly do business with them again in the future more
