I do not recommend living here. At first it looks like the perfect place to live: its in an ideal location, it has great apartment layout options, and it seems to have good amenities, with a friendly staff. I thought so too, until I became a resident.
If you are interested in living here, just so new residents are aware; they do not clean the apartments after someone moves out. I lived there for over two years and never once saw a cleaning crew, carpet cleaners, not even maintenance workers. So be prepared to clean the entire place from top to bottom.
Lets start with the staff. The office staff is so fake and two-faced, they are the laziest people I have ever met. They smile in your face and act like they care, but don’t do a single thing to help you. I have walked in to the office at times and overheard the office manager and employees talking badly about residents. They have a severe lack of communication between staff members, maintenance, courtesy patrol, and especially their residents. I am disgusted and in shock as to how the staff treats their (good and respectable) tenants.
The residents here are just as bad, if not worse. It’s a bunch of loud and trashy people who have no respect for others. No one bothers to pick up after pets and the grass is repulsively damaged because of it. The walls are also paper thin and since no one has respect for each other here prepare to hear anything and everything.
Moving into the actual apartments themselves - There is nothing luxurious about this place; no sense of craftsmanship was used in any way shape or form. The apartments have laminate countertops with a plywood base underneath and they clearly did not do a good job installing them in the first place. There are large gaps between where the countertop is and where the wall is, and it’s falling apart in both the kitchen and bathrooms. You will find numerous paint splatter drips on everything, as well as the caulking they use to fill in bathtubs/grout/trims.
