My dad had a very old Mini Cooper that I needed to get towed from his old house to this new one. Based off the good reviews for Dakota Service I gave them a try. When the driver got there, he spent nearly hour carefully maneuvering the old Mini onto the truck which I was very impressed with and overall I was very pleased with the service provided. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and careful with our vintage toy. I highly recommend them. more

We were dropping my son off for college when our car would not start. Your company was contacted for the towing of my vehicle to the dealership. Before 30 minutes had passed, JR arrived in the parking lot of our hotel, where I was stranded. Your driver literally RAN when setting up my car for towing. He also RAN to hook up the chains and RAN to open the door of the tow truck for me. He was a pleasant companion on our drive to the dealership assuring me that me the dealership offered great service at a great price. While visiting about his day, and his job, he made many references to what a wonderful company he worked he worked for and that his bosses took great care of their employees. How appreciative he was for the people and the company he worked for. How sincere he was about ensuring that I was satisfied not only with the service of the company that employed him.
