The staff here is courteous, communicative, and goes above and beyond in trying to find the most cost-effective way to go about repairing a vehicle. I've found it's almost impossible to beat the estimates I've gotten from them. Repairs have the NAPA warranty which is very reassuring. The fact that they have a shuttle service that can pick you up, and drop you off from home is a huge convenience to me as it allows me to not have to beg friends to take time off of work and such, or make odd arrangements to get to their shop. With doing a lot of my own work on my car, and being informed going in, I always expect the worst with time and cost estimates - and they somehow manage to consistently surprise me by doing better. I've had oil changes, front end alignments, A/C compressor system replacement - I can't recommend this shop enough.\r
