What a disappointment. We had a doctor appointment Southwest and myself and 4 of our children stopped to get a TREAT! We were not greeted, not encouraged when everyone wanted a blizzard, but I thought it would be to expensive. One of my kids said, Don't we get them for 99 cents! I had to ask if that was correct, even though the gal was standing right there! She clarified. After taking two personal phone calls trying to make an appointment, she got busy on our 6 blizzards. When two of us stated they didn't taste or look right - we were told "we make them exactly like the recipe - other places don't!" Well since this was a first visit - I don't agree - you made them wrong and were not taking responsibility. We won't be back. more

Not my favorite DQ ... 4/15/2006

I really WANT to like this DQ, because it's just a mile from my home. But, my experiences here haven't been the greatest. Every time I visit, the service is VERY slow. Additionally, sometimes I've brought a coupon here and the employees will not honor it, although it's legitimate. I just find that I usually have a hassle of some type every time I come, so I don't go here that often. The food is fine, but the service is lacking. more
