I have now been going to this Yoga center for 2 yrs and I cannot express how much my life has changed for the better. My body looks younger, I'm a lot slimmer (60 pounds & 5 sizes going on 6) and a lot stronger. My thinking is more focused and my life is working better on every level- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - probably because I am happier and more enthusiastic about life. Hooray for Dahn Yoga. Doing this practice saved my sanity and changed my future from a dark one to a bright one. more

Are you able to think what you want to think? or you just let your emotion drive your mind? It is time to take your mind back. Dahn Yoga will not only train your body but also training your mind. Let Dahn Yoga help you take your mind back and be the owner of your brain. I used to have a lot worry and cause me headache, sleeping problem. After I join the dahn yoga for 2 months, I feel life fullfill of hope.Master Biana has trained me how to break the worry emotion and take my life back on track.? Pros: can't find any better more

I can sleep 4/7/2010

I had trouble getting a good nights rest. After practicing Dahn yoga for just a week, I am sleeping like a baby. The simple techniques I learned are working wonders. Thank you so much. I'm a member for life. Pros: Class is great more
