I purchased a truck back on March 7, 2012. I traded my truck for another. It just so happened they had the truck I was looking for about 3 months online by chance.A ford f-350. If not, after what I have been through with this dealership, I would like to warn everyone about them and I will never do business and will recommend everyone I know never to do business with them again! Were do I begin, after finalizing the deal a month past and they had not paid off my trade in with the bank. I tried several time to contact my salesman and final when i did he ended up lying to me saing it was sent when it had not been. It was sent a week after our conversation. during this time I also contacted and was transferred to a "floor supervisor" that also lied to me about my paper work. I went in to see him in person. He advised me that the paperwork needed his supervisors signiture and his supervisor was in an important and could not be bothered at the time "he is in on a big deal right now". So I asked him, "so what your saying is my business is not that important then?" and he started to back pedal. He said it would be sent "today" that if anything to give him a call tomorrow. He didn't go to work. There accounting dept. that is suppose to send all the proper paper work to all the correct people end up sending my bank the worng paper work. And, i ended up with the title to my owen trade in! They wanted me to take it to them. I live more than 25 miles away. They said they would give me fuel for my truck so i agreed. After doing the transaction they gave me a fuel slip. When i arrived at the gas station a few miles from the dealership the gas station advised me that they didn't sell fuel only gasoline. When i spoke with the manager he stated "sorry that if i wanted to go back to the dealership he would give me a few bucks from his pocket". I went home. Now its been 3 months and i have not recieved the title to my truck now. They said they messed up the paper work and they are sending it this week. It been a week! and no title!!
