Da Wig Shop

I LOVE Flava & Da Wig Shop. They have a small selection of wigs (you would think there was more considering it's called Da Wig Shop) but they are actually a hair salon and barber shop too. They had better quality than any other place I shopped on Oahu. First i tried Hino Hairstyles at Ala moana, and their wigs are soooooooooooo over priced! Not only that but they were so thin and the tracks could be seen on my scalp! It's too windy lately for that! So I googled wig stores in Honolulu and this place came up. I went in to check out there collection and they mostly had synthetic pieces or lace front. I was skeptical but for the right price, I could rock synthetic for a week haha. (I know they usually don't last long) Not only did the stylist help me try it on, but she also cut it and styled it for me!!!!. NO ADDITIONAL COST! can you believe that?! so needless to say I completely love this place because they gave me a catalog and told me they could order anything i was interested in. I left spending less than $100 (and of course i tipped the stylist) But i promised i would write a great review! So... here it is! Check out Da Wig Shop! more

It's sad how some people try to bring others down because they see them doing good; because they're lost in trying to do whatever it is they do and can't figure themselves out. I would recommend this shop/salon/store to anyone! The shop has a great family-oriented environment and all around welcoming atmosphere. They do men's and women's cuts and styles as well as weaves, braids & eyebrows. They sell men and women's clothes too! You can get your hair done and get your outfit for the night all in one stop! Thumbs way up for this spot. Pros: variety of services, good prices, good service Cons: Parking more

Don't bother going here. Slow service, rude employees, below average haircut. Not worth the time getting there, parking and then waiting forever when it's not even that busy Pros: ? Cons: everything more

Unlike everyone else they are known to carry items that mall will not have...... My only complaint is that only carry limited amounts!!! Pros: good prices Cons: limited amount of product carried more

Very Well know ....... while I was there I actually met a celebrity. Real down to earth good service and affordable prices. more
