I have never encountered an establishment so negligent in my life !!! I purchased a vehicle from these scam artist less than 90 days ago, and the vehicle has had problems non stop...

I clearly had no focus when I went into the dealership. Paul Powell my salesperson greeted me within a 60 second period. Apologized that he was with client but came back to me with 5 minutes. I explained that I had a couple of things in mind in the Mercedes brand. They let me test drive as many vehicles as my heart desired for as long as I desired. I received no pressure and I have to say that they only carry the finest vehicles - clean, all manuals available etc. Paul knew the cars very well. more

Wow! How nice the car is! Paul & Lee were so good to us and Neil had us sign everything and gave us copies. The cars here are beautiful inside and out in the parking lot! So friendly and helpful. We are so glad they were on the internet to show us what they had! more

I was definitely skeptical about purchasing such an expensive vehicle from a used car dealership. I always leased my vehicles from my local Mercedes dealership, but due to my current job, leasing is not an option for me any longer. I came across a vehicle that I really liked at DZ Motors. As I said earlier, I was skeptical, but the price got me to take the ride and I am glad I did. From the first phone call to the dealership to the gentleman who cleaned the car for me when we completed the purchase, it was a positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership. I must say that Lee and Dmitriy put me at ease and exceeded all of my expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and I appreciate that very much. Overall, I must say good job and keep up the good work! more

Purchased a 2008 Lexus GS from DZ Motors and the Sales Associate (Ariel) and Manager (Lee) were very helpful and outstanding. They took care of an oil change, minor scratches on the vehicle, and transferred the remote starter from my old vehicle to the newly purchased one. Ariel was very professional and easy to work with from start to finish. In the market for a luxury vehicle, stop in and ask for ARIEL!!! more

Dz motors is the place where customer service is second to none. Great vehicles, nice atmosphere and wonderful prices for some of the most expensive cars on the market. DZ Motors is the place to buy a beautiful car at a bottom line price, you couldn't ask for anything more from a used car dealer. Being in the sales business for over 13yrs, I know you cant make everyone happy. At DZ Motors they do their best when it comes to customer satisfaction. Pricing is always going to be their forte and moving units is the job. A business can t move over 70 units a month without great customer service. yes Im a Fan. more

I was kinda in the market for a new/ used vehicle and I have been looking at the website for over a year because of the attractive prices. In early June I was inquiring about a Mercedes Benz and at the time DZ motors did not have the car I was looking for. I called and spoke to a salesman who told me that they did not have the car but he would look into it. I left my number and I recieved a return phone call within a hour. Surprizingly it was the vehicle I was looking for. The next day I came in for a test drive and there was not any issues. I made my mind up that this was my car. Pierre assured me that he would work dilligently with the banks to get me a comfortable payment and if I was not satisfied I did not have to obligate. I went on a four day vacation and upon my return I was the proud owner of my dream car. They gave me a fair amount for my trade in and made the car buying process very smooth. Thank you Lee and Pierre...I would definately do business with DZ Motors again... more

My Husband and I just purchased an Audi A4 from Paul Powell at DZ Motors in Rahway, NJ a week ago. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my decision and I'm really enjoying my new car. Paul was an excellent salesman and was completely upfront and honest from the first moment we met him. He was kind and courteous and really knew how to treat a potential customer with respect. I especially appreciate that he was patient and considerate throughout the whole process, which allowed the transition from test-drive to purchase to flow seamlessly.
