They never did half of what they said they did... Never lit hot water tank but told me I would have hot water in a half hour. Never tested the plumbing upstairs and lied and said ...

Do It Right Plumbing was prompt and did a good job. There haven't been any problems so far. There were some hidden costs as the cost for the parts were not listed on their website, so that was a little misleading, but that was my only complaint. I have used them three times so far. The first time, they replaced galvanized pipes of the main line. The second time, they hooked up a freezer line to the refrigerator. The third time, they replaced a leaking line that leads to the outside faucet. The man who came the first two times in particular was very engaging and personable. The prices were also reasonable. more

Do It Right Plumbing is better than another plumbing business we used for several years. Our well pump stopped working and when we called our original business, they didn't return our calls. So we found Do It Right Plumbling online and called them instead. They came to our house right away and they were able to switch the pump for a decent prince. They are wonderful! more

Professional and Knowledgeable. 10/20/2014

Our experience with Do it Right Plumbing was pretty good. We installed a deep sink recently, and ran into issues with a new garbage disposable we had purchased as a result. The issue was with the waste line and it's location in the basement. The technician had to drill a new hole into the basement, and run new piping. The whole issue was somewhat lengthy to resolve, but the technician did a good job. He really knew what he was doing. more

Very good, very professional 9/17/2014

I was redoing my kitchen and I needed a new kitchen sink. I have an older home and somebody came by and offered to do the plumbing for the sink. He gave a great price but when I left, I came back to it still leaking. He did come back and offer to do something else but I said no. I decided to call Do It Right Plumbing because they were good the last time I had them. Patrick came and replaced the shut-off valves thinking that fixed it. It was still leaking slowly so I called them again. Turns out, it was coming from the dishwasher and something else so he properly fixed it the second time. I've had a lot of work done by Do It Right and my only complaint is that they're expensive. Other than that, they always do a great job. more

Never again 6/16/2014

If they had then they would have noticed an obvious leak in tub which leaked thru my ceiling. Also I turned the water on to toilet myself. Half assed the second day and lied about the work they'd done! Also took forever to come out and do work. more

Took care of the problem in an efficient manner. 6/11/2014

This was my first experience with Do It Right Plumbing. They replaced a faucet in my garage and a faucet on the exterior of my house. Both were leaking. Two gentleman came and took care of the problem in an efficient manner. It was fine. more

Professional and concerned about their customers 5/29/2014

Overall my experience with Do It Right Plumbing has been amazing and I have been highly satisfied with the results of their work. Pat, the plumber, came out when he said he would and did the job within the time constraints without any hiccups or issues. They provided me with a great value for the price, one that I was even surprised by a little. I have a few more things to get fixed down the road so I will certainly be hiring Do It Right Plumbing again, these guys do a wonderful job and I can't say enough about them. Dorothy M. more

Quick, professional service 2/10/2014

This was our first time calling Do It Right Plumbing. We had a pump failure in our commercial building and one of our tenants wasn't able to flush their toilet.We called Do it Right on Friday and they managed to get here quickly. They replaced the pump and fixed the problem. Overall, it was a good experience. more

Responsive and reliable 12/30/2013

Do It Right Plumbing takes care of business. They're always prompt, courteous, and efficient. I've used them twice and have been very pleased both times. I got the same plumber both times who was in and out when he said he was going to be. The first time he adjusted my toilet that was running when it wasn't being flushed and secondly he fixed a clog in my kitchen sink. He's very informative, professional, and takes care of the job quickly. Do it Right Plumbing will be my to-go business for plumbing needs from now on. more

Excellent workers 12/3/2013

Do It Right Plumbing came and worked on our sump pump. They were personable, and they knew what they were doing. They asked questions, and when I asked questions I was given direct answers. They're very nice people. It wasn't the first time that we used them. I continue to use them because they're good and they know what they're doing. They're right there when you need them. They're on time, and they know what they're doing. I've had no problem with them at all. more

Always do a good job 11/7/2013

I used Do It Right Plumbing over the last couple of years. They've removed an old water system for me in the house and did a good job. This past summer, I wanted to move my washer upstairs from the basement so they worked on the plumbing for that. They did a good, quick, nice job on that. Everything works fine. They also unplugged the kitchen drain that was in the basement. They ran through it and cleaned it. Will V. more

Do It Right Plumbing just replaced a drain pipe in our home. It was easy working with them. It was a small job. They were here for a half an hour. I was satisfied with what they did. This was my first time using them and I'd use them again. Everything was good. more

Very satisfied. 7/31/2013

I hired Do It Right Plumbing for two services. First was a water heater installation a couple of years ago. It turned out beautifully. The second was a water faucet installed and reconfigured with the proper piping and it was a beautiful job. They were very fast. They were very prompt in coming over and giving me the price and we were able to schedule real quick. They came early in the morning, did the job, and they were on there way! more

Do It Right Plumbing installed a hot water heater for me. They were polite, professional, quick, and cleaned up the mess when they were done. They were like the perfect contractor, who comes in, gets out of your way, and leaves things in better conditions than they were. more
