DJ Express just played my wedding, they are the best. Danny and crew made all my dreams come true. The mix of music was great, the light show awesome, the up lights were perfect, and the monogram light really made our wedding personal. DJ Express played at my daughters birthday party and did a great job, no problems. Then my company needed a DJ for our company. I suggested DJ Express, I was a little worried, playing for 15 year olds is different from playing for adults. Boy was I suprised, they did an awesome job. Yes Yes Yes, I recommend DJ Express. They just played for my wedding and WOW, there is a difference. From the time I hired them to the day of the event they were in contact with us. My wife was a worry wart the whole time and they would put her at ease. We just got married on May 12 and went on a Las Vegas honeymoon he gave us, it was a blast. I hired Danny with DJ Express after reading the CitySearch Reviews. I had a surprise birthday party for my husband and wanted the best songs from the 80's and 90's. They did not let me down. Danny Casanova provided top notch equipment and service for my December 2010 Riverwalk wedding ceremony & reception. He arrived early & stayed until my reception ended, manned the DJ booth the entire time, was very professional & friendly, and provided all contracted services at an excellent price. Planning my daughters debut, she said she wanted DJ Express. I, at first, told her no, I have a friend who is a DJ and would make me a good deal. She told me ""Please Mom, can we go see them"". Wanting to keep her happy, we went to see DJ Express. I was very impressed with them, having been in business for over 30 years, great light show, my daughter really wanted the lasers. I decided to hire them. My husband had a fit, but I felt better when I told the Imperial Ballroom who I had and they said they recommended them. I also told my DJ friend and he said they are the best. We had her debut in September, we danced all night, we never had to ask for a song, its like they knew what to play. The dance floor was packed all night. We just had Thanksgiving and that was all everybody talked about, ""where did you find that DJ, they were great"". I'm so happy I listened to my daughter. I have used DJ Express for all my parties, 2 Quinceaneras and 1 Anniversary. They always played the best music for all our events. What I really like about them is they play music for everybody there. Not just the kids, many of the Quinceaneras I go to and another DJ is there, they are just playing for the kids and it makes me want to leave. With them, we stay all night. They play music for everybody including the kids. My kids go to Lanier High School and they play all the dances there and most of the proms. They take into consideration that you have all types of people at your party. When my girls hear that DJ Express is playing somewhere they really want to go. DJ Express just played my wedding in December, what impressed me the most was every time I called the office, someone answered, no matter what time I called. I wish my other services would have done that. We were able to meet with them before my wedding and plan the night out to the minute. They suggested songs that we hadn’t even thought of. We had such a good time, my guest danced all night long. I had a bad experience with another DJ some years back for my Moms birthday, I am so glad we hired DJ Express. My photographer suggested them. My wedding coordinator suggested another DJ but he didn't even know the music we needed. He couldn't even pronounce my maiden name (Villareal) correctly. I hired DJ Express for 4 events, a debue and 3 weddings. All of them were very successfull. We had so many people dancing all night long and it was so much fun!!! The music was great, the dj's were very friendly and helped out with whatever requests people had. They played a variety of music from your regular tejano, to cumbias, to oldies, norte?as, and whatever anyone else wanted. They also have a huge selection of music. They have their system down! They mix songs and make them sound great. It's like ""can you give me a copy of what you've played all night!!!"" They know their business and I would HIGHLY recommend them. We just booked him again for 2009 and probably again for 2011. So way to go guys, more of my business is coming. DJ Express, YES, They Are The BEST!!! Just used DJ Express for our company mixer, we are very pleased with their performance. Owner Danny Cassanova was very helpful locating a dependable caterer and mariachis. He even suggested using a photographer to set up and take pictures, which went over well with our employees. We found DJ Express here on city search and we are very pleased with the results. Our company is new to the San Antonio area and not knowing where to look, found city search to be very helpful. WOW, DJ Express still around after all these years. They played at my debut and I just hired them for my daughters debut in May. Why hire any one else and take a chance when you can hire the best!! They were the first DJ service in San Antonio and still the most popular. I was so surprised when my daughter said she wanted DJ Express, I told her they played at my debut, she was surprised. They helped us plan the whole event from march music to helping find dependable photographers and limos. They played the best music too, from tejano to cumbias, oldies and 70's, and all the music my daughters likes. We had the Super laser system which comes with a concert like light show. My daughter didn't just have a debut, she had an event. Everyone is still talking about my daughters debut. I highly recommend DJ Express. This DJ is the Biggest and the BEST!!! They did my debut and it will always be a night to remember, not just for me but for my friends and all my family. The music was perfect, from tejano to old school to pop and hip hop, it was all just great, almost like i was in my own concert! The effects were great. The DJ called me before my debut a bunch if times to make sure everything was ok and i even did a memory cd( which was my speech that i pre-recorded in their studio). My debut was almost 2 years ago now, and since then i've been to a lot of parties where i see DJ Express there. And believe it or not their Dj's still remember me and my debut. The great thing about this DJ, is that everytime i had a question or needed something, they always answered the phone right away and i wasn't given a run around. Some other DJ's i had called, would tell me they'd call me back and never would or i would call and get an anwser machine. Overall, if you need a Dj, call the DJ EXPRESS, i promise you.... you won't regret it! By the way, there was this cool DJ, DJ FAMINE, who was mixing all the music he was BAD ***, ask for him if your having a debut, this year he was at my prom and it was awesome!!! Went to a debut this weekend and heard DJ Express, they are the most professional DJ service I have ever heard. I go to alot of debuts but they really had the party going. The march they had was the most beautiful one I have ever seen, it made me cry. They do a cd they called a memory cd where the debutant talks when her parents are presenting her. There was not a dry eye in the house. I wish I had seen them before I had my debut, I would have hired them. They are the best. I will be using them when I get married!!! \r Sara more
