ONE star only for this new business as they may have about the same inventory as the old Pioneer Gun Shop had, but their customer service skills lack badly with their two new employees.\r
One of the brighter aspects is that the new biz kept both Phillip and Bob from the old business. In my opinion thats ALL that barely saves this new company's gun shop.\r
The two "newer" employees are not as friendly or helpful as the former team of Avery, Bob and Phillip.\r
Case in point....I just purchased a used rifle that upon further inspection WOULDN'T fire or operate properly due to a broken internal parts. When I the customer replaced these items at home before I took the gun out to the range for the first time, only then did the rifle work normally. One of the new guys which is a short heavy set fellow with a smirk on his face told me they fired this rifle and that it was in good order.....NOT HARDLY as this rifle wouldn't work in the condition that I bought it in.!! Maybe he was thinking of a
more
