On this particular job, D.E. Flooring replaced some vanity tops with new granite vanity tops. The people on site were just excellent in every way, and the craftsmanship is unbelievable! more

Pleased with the results. 7/14/2011

I had D.E. Flooring replace my bathroom floors with tile. They also put in countertops and new sinks. The sales representative was very helpful. He was here checking everything to make sure everything was done the way it should be, and the work was done pretty quickly and cleanly. We were pleased with the results. more

D.E. Flooring was good. They were the only ones that had the material that I used. They did a good job so far, but we're still in the process of working through a couple of things with them, so we're not really finished yet. more

Great Service, top quality work and product 5/24/2011

I have been a customer of D.E. Flooring for more than 8 years. I refereed them to all of my friends and family. Everyone that used them for their homes were more than satisfied with their workmanship. I've met the owner Abdul on numerous occasions and he is the type of guy to go out of his way to make sure I am happy, and he seems to be that way with a lot of his customers. In one of my condos they did for me I needed a repair on one of the bathrooms they did for me and they were out at my condo the next day. Before I decided to go with the company for my flooring needs I looked them up on BBB's website and read countless A+ reviews and marks which made me comfortable to spend my money with them. more

Houston's Best Flooring Company 5/24/2011

De Flooring was quick to respond to repair we called in, we had our counter top done by De flooring and it looked WONDERFUL ! The plumber who put our faucet up scratched an area of the granite but De flooring came to fix it immediately. Their granite price is good and the quality of material and workmanship is awesome! My wife and I are very please. they certainly meet the BBB standard of customer satisfaction.,and the owner Abdul is a nice guy. Ask for him !!!! more

Quality Issues, No Shows, Won't fix problems 3/24/2011

DE Flooring installed the granite countertops in our kitchen. The countertops have broken/cracked and DE Flooring has given me the run around for months about coming to fix it. They have committed to fixing the countertop on three separate occassions and have been a no-show each time. The owner, Abdul Al-Sahli, promised to return calls which he never returned and has been rude over the phone. This is the worst granite company you could possibly choose! If you want an expensive kitchen that isn't right after only a few months, DE Flooring is for you. I'm not the only one sadly; there are multiple warranty and quality issues filed with the BBB. What a terrible company!!! Don't make my mistake! more
