Came in and everyone was very helpful and listened. I was worried I front end work done. I had been hearing a noise when I went over bumps. The said everything looked good and ...

Worst

Had car 2 days , invoice over $400 to replace thermostat and vacuum water system to get "air bubble" out of cooling system. Never again...

Great staff 7/31/2016

Took a tire in to be repaired. They called back and gave me options on different reapirs and promply fixed the tire. When completed they offered to put the tire back on for me and stowed my spare. Not many places would go the extra yard and do that. A pleasure doing business with D Wells more

D Wells has been servicing our cars for many, many years. They have always been accurate in assessing the mechanical problems and have been fair in pricing. They are part of the Gurnee community and they treat everyone with respect and honesty. We are so grateful to them, my husband will oftentimes buy them some cookie trays or sweet rolls just to thank them. more

Resently bought a 2002 monte carlo ss Dale Earnhardt ed ,I wanted to make sure it was a safe car to drive. Boy iam glade l did .thay not only told me but showed me the issues. The car was done in a short time ,it is great and I know it is a safe car to drive..if you try them one time you want to come back again and again. more

Great Service! 6/10/2016

I called ahead to see if they could help with a serious potential tire problem. They said they were busy, but if we could drop it off and leave it, they'd squeeze it in that afternoon. We did, and they did. I have peace of mind, at a great price. THANKS DAVE!!! more
