Very Disappointed! I have been taking my car to Dr. Wash for the past 4 years. Before it was Dr. Wash they had good service. I took my car in today and not only was my car not clean but they also damaged my steering column and bent my ignition key. Don't ask me how they did it but they did. They do not accept any responsibility for it, I filled out incident report but was told nothing would come of it because I can't prove they damaged my car or key in any way. Will never go there again and decided to warn everyone else before they go there too. Make sure you check everything about your car before you pull away!!! more

VERY DISAPPOINTED 3/10/2012

There price goes up and the quality of work goes down. This location has new management. I have brought my vehicles to this car wash for the last five years. This last time they did a poor job. When they were asked to complete the clean up, they refused. I got into my car and left. They got my money this time but never again. more

Honesty IS the best policy! 4/11/2011

I always take my Lexus to Dr. Wash, even though there are two other car washes closer to my home. They are not perfect but are good. My husband has been sick and his truck has not be cleaned in a while. I decided to get it cleaned for him and took it to Dr. Wash. When I started to leave, one of the attendants pointed out money they had found in his truck; 3 fifty dollar bills which they could have kept and I would never have known. I'm sure my husband didn't realize the money was there either. It was the right thing to do but not everyone is that honest. I sincerely appreciate that! more

The professional attention to detail is evident here. I once detailed cars for a side job at an automobile dealer. I had to prepare cars for sale on a car lot. This meant they had to be right. I learned a lot about attention to detail. I have a trained eye. I think for the price and amount of personal attention they give each vehicle you can't beat super suds. I would recommend you sample the air fresheners before deciding to add one. They are quite strong and anyone with allergies would be well advised to refrain. Pros: Thoroughness and attention to detail. Cons: Time. Don't expect good quality without a reasonable amount of time. Think ZAXBY""S VS McDonalds more
