Nice young lady came by today to offer 'free one room carpet cleaning'. I signed up. Then via the small print of their flier I noticed that she failed to mention that they would also try to sell you a vacuum cleaner (Kirby) during the cleaning. I also checked with the Better-Business-Bureau and they have this company listed as ""Unsatisfactory"". I called the company to cancel the appointment and the receptionist hung up on me!.
