I have been a customer for 7 years and am very impressed. Their service, punctuality and friendliness is a great reflection upon this family-owned business. On more than one occasion I have forgotten to put out the trash receptacles and they either have knocked on my door or called me by phone. Great Service. Garbage collection can often be a thankless job but I am so thankful for D&D!!!!! more

I really think these guys are great!! Was not sure when they were coming by because of the snow storm this week, and they came by today. I did not have my contatiner at the road and the gentleman came up to my house and emptied it. I thought that was so cool. Thank you D &D you are the best. more

We can no longer afford their constant price increases. I'll just take my garbage and recyclables to the local convenience center for free. They won't tell me what I can and can't put in the recycle bin. They forward their office phone to a cell phone and their reception is so bad you can't hear them. They don't communicate what to do with your trash when collection falls on a holiday. Several times I've paid my bill and they said I didn't and I've had to waste money on postage to send them a copy of the cancelled checks! I'm done with them! more
