Frank was very knowledgeable in his work. He was able to provide the best quality of service. He was very friendly, attentive and was able to answer all my questions. He showed me features of the car and explained to me the differences of the models of the car. He was able to explain thoroughly the details of the car that I chose and provided me enough information. I got a great price for the car which was within my budget. Overall, there is no doubt that Frank is great and if anybody plans to go to D&C Honda of Tenafly, they should see Frank. more

Great dealer and dealership 1/26/2011

Great dealer and dealership to work with. I've had some negative experiences in the past when attempting to purchase a used car, but D&C Honda's asking price was unbeatable, and Herbie's customer service was straightforward, honest and excellent in quality. This is the only dealer and dealership I have ever had dealings with that I would recommend (and highly) to family and friends. A very good buying experience. more

punctual and courteous 1/11/2011

Herbie did a great job taking me for a test drive, explaining all the details of the car. He came up with a good price and did not pressure me at all after decided to think it over. When I came in with my deposit and final sale agreement he was punctual and courteous during every part of the transaction. He patiently explained how the cars features worked before I brought the new car home. I love the car and I loved the whole experience. I will recommend him when my daughter starts looking for her next car more

Kristen tells it like it is. She'll go to bat for you even if the profit margin is slim to none because in the long run, making you happy is both an end unto itself and, as it should be in a prosperous nation, it's what makes her and the dealership money.\r If you want a knowledgeable salesperson who knows that looking out for the customer is the best way to do business, check out D & C Honda and ask for her specifically.\r more

It is our 3rd car buy or leasing a Honda with D&C Honda. I think buying with Harry was the best experience from the 3 times I bought with D&C Honda. He was very detailed in explaining everything and never seem to get annoyed with all the question buyers usually have when buying a car. I would greatly recommend Harry to anyone who are interested in buying or leasing a car because he does not rush you and makes sure you are comfortable with price and car choice before you leave the dealership. Also, another thing I like about Harry is that he is always smiling! more

I bought the car together with my wife, initially we went to D&C Honda of Tenafly for just a test drive and see the Labor day sale they offer, but we were so impressed with Kristen Tedesco on how she deals with customers professionally. She gave us a good deal, we sign the documents and went home with the new car. more

Fake Reviews, Don't Believe a Word 10/26/2010

Don't believe a word on all the reviews. D&C staff goes online and posts fake reviews and give themselves 5 start, what a joke. This place should be shut down, there staffs are uncourteous to say the least, marks up higher than most Honda dealers, rips Honda America off on warranty repairs, lies about service that they did not perform. I had asked to check the bezel around my LCD screen, and they got credit from Honda America that they had replaced the radio. They also chage more than double for my PAX tire replacement ($1400 to replace two tires). Lastly, don't ever think that you'd get anything repaired on warranty if you did not buy the car there; then they'll put you out over a month to schedule just because you did not buy it there. Hopefully, they won't break anything else, I rather have then not do anything at all!! more

this is to let you know that SERVICE is great. warm and friendly check in and BAGELS with coffee too !! all goes well even the SALES STAFF. we have purchased a few cars over the years both new and used and leased too. they really go the extra mile for your business. even a follow up call from the owner to see how all had gone with your dealings. more

D&C Honda of Tenafly is nothing short of excellence. Kristen T was incredibly patient with my wife and I. Kristen’s knowledge, professionalism, and demeanor made purchasing our Honda Accord painless and stress free! As a person also in sales, it is important to know that a customer does not care how much you know, until they know how much you care. Kristen really took the time to get to know us and to really understand what we were looking for, our concerns, questions etc. We love our new 2010 Honda Accord and really happy with our experience at this one of kind dealership! Above and beyond a sales person!!! Harry was a pleasure to talk to. Greeted us very kindly and took his time to explain in detail the differences between the models of cars we were interested in. Once we made a selection he brought us in and was very patient and answered all our question with clear and concise answers. After we made our purchase he even took quite a bit of time out to show us all the features, demonstrated them for us and had us repeat them to insure we knew how to work everything from folding seats down, to removing them, down to how to change the time on the clock!!! Truely wonderful. An absolute assest to your business. Will highly recommend to anyone I know looking for a new car.\r more

I give D&C Honda in Tenafly NJ a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. I have had only good experiences with both sales and service since 2007 when I leased a brand new Honda Civic that same year. Sales Representative, Mr. Herbie Rosario is an excellent employee. He is patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable of car sales.
