There's a reason almost every rating this place has is a 5 out of 5. The receptionist was so genuinely pleasant when making the appointment. Explained everything clearly. I walked in later and it was SO CLEAN. Really nice design, too. I got a sports massage and it was amazing. Diana explained what she was doing and why, which was super helpful and insightful for me because I'm a musician and I hold my body in a strange position for many hours a day. This place is definitely my favorite spa in Brooklyn. I've lived in this neighborhood for 2 years and didn't realize what a great thing I was missing. I'll definitely go back!! more

Cynergy Spa, effortless proffesionalism at it's zenith. I gravitated to it's doors because of the exotic vases and astute chairs seen through a clean glass window. I am a runner so I inquired about a deep tissue massage. The receptionist saw my plight and booked me an appointment ASAP. I came the next day and was greeted by smile, warm towel and a small crystal glass of the most delicious cinnamon tea which was quite relaxing on a basket weaved tray. Usually many spa's offer wine. I was quite pleased with this option. I have been going every six weeks for the past 7 months. The Sea Salt Body Scrub leaves your skin feeling like a newborn. I was quite surprised because I have such dry skin and my skin glowed for many weeks followed. I recommend this spa for everyone who needs just that moment to become re introduced to SELF. This spa, Cynergy Spa is by far, Brooklyn's Finest. more

I've been to many spas in the US and the Caribbean and I have to say that Cynergy ranks as one of my faves. Like BAM, which is just around the corner, Cynergy is world-class Brooklyn legend. I went there for the first time in October 2005. Since then, I've been there at least twenty times, often traveling from out of town. One of the things I love about Cynergy is that although you feel as if you've been transported to another world while you're there, the place doesn't feel as if it's trying too hard to feel exotic. When you're there you feel as if you've entered the world as it ought to be -- beautiful, calming, sensual, pure. Touches that might seem exotic in other places feel elemental ... natural there. Marsha is the best masseuse I've ever had—and I've been to among other spas Aveda and Bliss. more

Instantaneously you fall into an image of a waterfall and garden. While you breathe in the aroma's and ambience you are served with a refreshing beverage. The best Spa in town!!!! 4/6/2010

My Fiance and I went to Cynergy Spa for the couples spa package. It was his birthday and I wanted to surprise him with something new and different. He has never been to a spa before so I figured this experience would be a good one for him. He was blown away! He absolutely loved every bit of it (as did I). He actually wants to go back for our anniversary next month. Everything from the jacuzzi, to the massages to the strawberries and champagne was top notch. We loved the private couples room!!!!! The staff and the ambiance is very conducive for a stress free, relaxing experience. I left the spa feeling mellow and 100% satisfied. Ive been to Cynergy Spa in the past for facials...which were always great so I already knew what to expect from a spa of this caliber. But, I can honestly say that this experience has exceeded my expectations by far! We will definitely be back for more relaxing afternoons at Cynergy Spa. Pros: great ambiance, very clean, professional staff Cons: NONE more

Cynergy Spa - Pampering at it's absolute best 3/30/2010

Feeling like a Royal Princess; we all deserve this. I had the ultimate pleasure of visiting this spa for the first time, and can definitely say it will not be my last. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt as though I was a princess and the staff were my friends. The service is exemplary, the staff is outstanding, and who says that you can only get service like this in Manhattan really doesn't know what they are missing right in the heart of Brooklyn; and am so glad that it's sisters that are running it. Every woman deserves a day, even if she has to save up to experience this I highly recommend the "Golden Package" oh, so worth every penny! I went in a stressed mess, and came out a shiny, soft, glowing bubble of light, relaxed yet full of energy. Marsha & Diana are fabulous! My only regret is that I couldn't bring my pajamas and curl up after that wonderful treatment, just wanted to go right to sleep as I was so relaxed. LOL! but oh so true!! Girls, Ms. Sunshine will definitely be back. Pros: Ambience, quality of service, total relaxation Cons: Absolutely none - wish you can be there all day more

I received a bday gift certificate from my partner and was very excited and nervous (this being my first spa treatment). As soon as you step thru the golden gate you step into a warm and welcoming environment. The staff are pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are calm and soothing. I truly believe that pampering should be a priority in everyone's life and Cynergy Spa is definitely on the list of my priorities. My Mother and I had the Back to nature massage. My mother's first reaction after the treatment : "i feel 30 years younger" (this on her 60th birthday) and i was at a loss for words. It was absolutely amazing. the warm welcome from the staff immediately transports you. Cynergy Spa is a golden jewel cradled in Fort Greene. I will defintiely return.
