I visited Cycles Etc. twice recently and both times my experience was outstanding, each time for different reasons. The first time I brought them three bikes for tune-ups and they immediately helped me out and had them back in great working order within days. The second time I needed a simple item and they helped me find it quickly and get on my way... with courtesy, professionalism, and good natured attitudes. James and all their guys ROCKS! more

Great shop - Very helpful 9/27/2010

Went in to have these guys piece together a commuter bike from a stash of old parts I had from other bikes. They were fantastic. They helped me piece together the best riding bike for the least amount of money and turned it around in under a week. In all areas where I was looking for recommendations (best tires to use for commuting and possible trail detours) or technical expertise (best gear ratio) they helped me to make the best choices and I couldn't be happier. I now drive up from Winchester, MA for all my needs because they were so great. The owner just recently bought the shop and he's been honest and fair and a pleasure to work with. Thank you, guys. more
