I had them look at my laptop. I was told I needed to give a $35. Deposit for parts. The next day I get a call with the quote for repairs. It was more that I wanted to spend on the computer. I told them not to do any work on it and the guy on the phone started to give me a hard time about not fixing it. When I went to pick it up the guy behind the counter literally threw it on the counter and said there you go and walked away. I left the store and later found out they had charged my card the $35. When I called them I was told they would credit my card, and I was hung up on. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have the credit on my card.\r Stay away from this store there is plenty of others to go to.\r Pros: non Cons: many more

The store offers a huge variety of older software, some at very good prices, as well as a lot of usable PCs and a few macs Also provides service on computers at reasonable rates. An excellent resource if you're trying to be frugal with tech, or keep older equipment working. more
