Dangerous Incident 3/24/2010

Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription EVEN THOUGH he had received (and confirmed) my Dr.'s instructions to fill. As a result of not having my medicine, I experienced potentially life-threatening symptoms (muscle spasms, increased heart-rate, etc.). Cons: dangerous incident more
