My cat, 18, was having pain that interfered with her eating. I brought her in on a Sunday and she was seen and was able to have the problem teeth extracted the same day. I'm grateful for the professional and knowledgeable care she received. The new(ish) vet tech Alex or Alec made me very comfortable as he shared relative and impressive information with me. He showed he cared about my cat also. I DO find it hard to believe, some of the ratings I read here because I have seen them take in animals that would not have been seen elsewhere (money issues, etc.) and they DO care about people's animals. I used to work there in the office, not with the animals, and have brought probably 20 different animals there as I volunteer with the Humboldt Spay Neuter Network and it is not a dirty place. Dr. Humble has a DVM (typical) vet license as well as an MVPM, Master Veterinarian of Preventative Medicine. If you have a serious issue, he will be able to best assess it.\r
