Price of work suggested was far out of line with what other shops had suggested. I used to trust you guys, very disappointing.

Dropped by car off for an oil change and it was done in less than an hour. No extra add on services either like some businesses like to do when you get an oil change. Good customer service. more

Life savers! 11/21/2015

I recently moved to the area & went to Cutshaw on advice from friends to have my brakes replaced. They got me in fast, gave me prices upfront (that didn't change), rented me one of their cars and finished very fast! And super nice guys!! I will be going back for all my future needs. more

Great service, efficient and fun! 11/11/2015

I had another fantastic visit. I was able to drop my car off later in the afternoon to get a headlight replaced and my oil changed. These guys were able to fit me in and gave me a great price. I don't completely dread taking my car to the shop when I know I'm going here! more

Very Pleased 11/8/2015

I wanted to take my car in for an inspection and try to find a place near my home that I could trust with my car for future repair needs. Found Cutshaw Automotive online, gave them a call, got a friendly response, and took my car over. Great service, car inspected in about 30 minutes while I enjoyed their lovely lounge area, and left knowing I will be going back. Thank you Domingo Rodriguez and Cutshaw Automotive staff! more

Friendly and efficient 11/8/2015

I had a sensor blinking and they identified the problem and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. I never feel like I am being taking advantage of them finding additional expensive repairs that must be fixed. I used to take my older van to another garage for oil changes and they always found hundreds of dollars of repairs that should be done. I trust these guys to do the right thing for me. more

Excellent service 11/1/2015

Came in with a flat tire with no appointment on a busy Saturday and they very quickly accommodated me, fixed the flat (great price, too), and sent me on my way in about 30 minutes. Was really impressed with how they handled the last minute walk in when they were so busy. more

I can't speak well enough about Cutshaw Automotive. I've had major car work and I've had simple oil changes. No matter what type of service they have always made my business feel appreciated. The staff is quick, professional, and thorough. The new client lounge is also a nice addition! Keep up the great work! more

Quick, polite, easy to use 10/15/2015

Went there for an inspection. Dropped the car off at 7:50 am. At 9 I received a call on a few issues that the car failed in. I gave the go ahead to fix and the car was ready by 10:45 am. They were very helpful, communicated well, and were quick. All the things I'm looking for in a automotive shop. more

Little pricey but the got the job done. 9/27/2015

I enjoyed meeting Domingo and liked the hours there, but two light bulbs replaced for 45 dollars with inspection is steep. The inspection was $16 and the bulbs were very easy, position and all, which I usually replace myself. The total should not have exceeded more than $30 if you ask me.. Just my opinion.. I did however like meeting Domingo and speaking Spanish with him. more
