Price of work suggested was far out of line with what other shops had suggested. I used to trust you guys, very disappointing.

Quick service and honest 5/18/2014

These guys are great!!! I had some major issues with my vehicle and they were pretty busy when I dropped it off. Glen stayed late on a Friday night to make sure I'd have my car sooner than expected. He even saved the part so that I could see the issue. All the staff here go above and beyond for the customer. Domingo was very helpful as well, explaining the issues to me multiple times so that I could understand. Wouldn't dare take my care anywhere else but Cutshaw! more

I have found my new service center!! The manager was awesome he was honest and even debunked some of the untruths told to me by other service centers...awesome experience I walked away feeling like I had been treated fairly and that my car was in good hands!! Check this place out! more

Great people, fast service and reasonable price. 5/5/2014

Overall it was a good experience... I took my car for an oil change and it was done within 20 Mins. Very fast service. I bought my own oil and filter and was charged $20 for labor. In my opinion I think that is a bit too much for labor ($15 seems like a fair price) but then again it isn't that big of a difference. I will definitely go back for my next oil change or any other services. more

A Blessing In Itself !! 4/30/2014

I am a young FEMALE college student and this place has done nothing but put me in complete and total AWE! I immediately felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, & my state inspection was swift and painless. Domingo was extremely kind to me & explained in detail what needed to be fixed on my car in order to pass inspection. He also showed me the things that were wrong instead of trying to get over on me! I'm extremely grateful for this place and I will DEFINITELY be back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! more

Competent and thorough 4/23/2014

They did great work, catching something extra that would have stopped my car, cracked distributor cap. My only gripe is I have a white car and had to wax the grease off of the hood area. I know, I'm picky. more

Seriously, Domingo is the best. My wife and I have both been coming to cutshaw for over a year. From the first visit I pocketed a stack of Domingo's csrds to pass out to friends. Went in a few days ago for 90k mile service and inspection on my car. Domingo looked up recommended service for my car and explained each item and when I would have to get it done. Expected to spend $500, spent only $120. Great shop, quality work, friendky abd knowledgeable staff. more

State Inspection 3/15/2014

Went in for my first VA state inspection during a busy Saturday. Domingo originally said the wait could be an hour or so, but then was able to accommodate sooner. He was extremely friendly and pricing was more than fair (had to put in a couple light bulbs). Will be returning. more
