We decided at a meeting to get information on what the costs would be to install storage units in our building. Recomended to us by our management company, I called Custom Storage Systems. They came to our building(I think it was the owner of the company) met with several of us for a whle and answered a bunch of questions we had. Then he went down and measured the room complete. Several days later, I received in the mail the proposal. It was bound, booklet form with a Proposal, floor plan and complete item description. The pricing for these units allowed us to recoop our investment in less that 1 year. \r

Cons: There were NONE! The truck with materials was 30 mins late.
