Custom Painting Inc. was always true to their promises. They do exactly as they say on the time schedule given. I have no complaints at all. This is the second time I have used them, and they painted the exterior of my house. I really like the owner, Mark. He is a straight shooter, and he doesn't try to pull a sales job on the client. He comes in and is honest and straightforward with the client. He was very upfront about everything. He gave us suggestions we hadn't thought of, and I always felt that I was being treated honestly. We've used Custom Painting two times before, so we went with them a third time because we were familiar with their service. I knew the color scheme so I didn't need any help with picking out the colors, but they're there to help customers if they need it. Mark is very good at being punctual and giving estimates. He also gives really good advice throughout the process. The crew was punctual and did a meticulous job. They clean-up after themselves really well too. Mark came out a few days later, just to verify the final job, and he found a few places that had been missed, so he had the crew come back out to do touch ups. We are really pleased with the final results. more

We actually used Custom Painting at our old house nearly 10 years ago. We got several bids, but Mark was so much more professional than any other vendor we talked to. He showed up on time, which sounds like a little thing but is something we didn't get from anyone else. He also returned every phone call promptly. He absolutely considered our needs. They are never going to be the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive either. I think they are competitively priced. The paint job was also perfect, but the defining factor was their professionalism and the way they handle their business. The overall courteousness and professionalism when interacting with Mark and his people makes the difference. Now, in our current home, we made phone calls to about 4 different vendors. The only one to call us back promptly was Custom Painting. We were in the UK at that time, and were planning on coming home, so we wanted a jump start on everything. Mark's guy called us back at a convenient time for me, even with the time difference. He also sent me an entire color wheel so that I could look ahead of time and research what I wanted. When we got home they came over to finalize the color. It was winter, so as soon as they were able to they washed the house and then painted. My neighbor actually did a double take because the painters were so quick and efficient no one even really saw them here. They came in, it was 2 days of work, and no one noticed them. There was no mess, and they trampled zero plants. They treat the home like a home, not like a job site, which I really love. more
