Good: Working with Custom Catering was an incredible experience! I was planning my wedding long distance and the staff were so helpful, it was a stress free experience and the food was delicious!. Bad: Everything was AMAZING!. Improvements: You all are perfect!. Other: One particular moment stuck out to me with meeting the staff of Custom Catering. It rained on our wedding day and the reception was outside. The staff was quick to recreate the buffet line in an easy access place and one of the staff members came up to me and my husband asking if we need anything, food or drinks and offered to make us a plate! What an incredible staff. Thank you for bringing some extra rays of sunshine on our rainy day! :). more

Stands out Above the Rest!! 7/11/2011

Custom Catering Inc Is amazing. Working with Noah to set things up felt like talking with an old friend. He made sure we were in the loop on everything. We had them do our rehersal dinner and wedding reception and it was AMAZING. I'm pretty laid back but my mom was in a tizzy and Noah and his AMAZING crew helped keep her calm which helped me and my husband have the most special day possible. Really if your looking for a place thats both afordable and able to wow you and your guests this is the place!! more

BHS Class 1991 Reunion event 6/28/2011

I am very glad that we choose Custom Catering to host our high school reunion event. Noah Shanks was very helpful and accomodating in the planning of the event. The total event cost was very reasonable. During the actual event eveything was as it was ordered, in place, and the Custom Catering staff was very cordial. Ultimately we all had a lot of fun and it was a success. A lot goes into planning any event and specifically a high school reunion. I defenitely recommend Custom Catering to anyone or any organization looking for a company to host an event. more

Clark Wedding Reception 6/16/2011

Noah and his staff could not have been more accommodating for our son's wedding reception. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect! Wedding Reception 6/14/2011

Custom Catering Inc was so easy to work with. With almost 200 guests at our reception, there were no lines at the buffet. The staff was very professional and ran things very smooth. I would recommend this place to everyone! more

Our wedding reception was absolutely perfect, thanks in no small part to Custom Catering!! The food was delicious, all of our guests raved about it, especially the mac-and-cheese... including my new husband and I! Noah Shanks was a tremendous help with the planning and execution of the meal. The staff assigned to us was wonderful as well. They were very professional and polite and just did an outstanding job. Great 90th Birthday celebration! 5/9/2011

My husband and I hosted a 90th birthday party for my father-in-law on the Saturday night before Easter Sunday. Although Custom Catering had four events taking place, our service was outstanding. Everyone with the catering group was professional,friendly, and service minded. Our experience was definitely positive. We had appetizers,a bar, a buffet meal for around 88 people, and a birthday cake. All aspects of the service we received were excellent. I\'d recommend Custom Catering to anyone who doesn\'t want to worry about things, especially if you\'re planning an event from a location in another state! more

Catering & Venue for Retirement Party 5/5/2011

Good: The Custom Catering team provided everything required to make the party successful. Noah patiently assisted us from the beginning to the end with pricing, planning the setup of the venue, food choices and service. We had buffet entrees that included Sirloin Chopped Steak and Chicken Supreme- These were excellent choices. The Staff was very professional, friendly, courteous and helpful.. Improvements: Keep up the good work, and open this kind of venue in Christiansburg, Virginia. It is definitely needed. :). Other: Thank You Custom Catering. We will definitely recommend you to other friends that need these services.. more

Wonderful! 4/20/2011

This venue was perfect for our sorority formals. We had a nice dinner served, followed by dancing on the open dance floor. The decorations were simple and elegant. The staff at Custom Catering were wonderful as well. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We have never had problems working with Custom Catering. We continue to go back every year. I'd recommend this place for events or catering, because they are flexible and great to work with! -Mina more

Custom Catering Center= THE BEST! 4/5/2011

I held an event at the Custom Catering Center and it was the overall best place I could have picked. The location of CCC is so convenient and has such accessible parking. The ballroom inside was very spacious and greatly decorated. But the best part about the CCC is the service they provide. The manager is very responsive and helps you with whatever you may need. He is also very nice and welcoming and just makes the planning process that much easier for you. The waitresses just add to the great service, they are always bringing out food or picking up empty plates to keep your event running smoothly. I highly recommend the CCC for whoever wants to have a nice formal, welcoming event with spectacular service and an attractive ballroom! more

Classy Venue, Friendly Staff, Affordable Prices 3/9/2011

I had my wedding reception at Custom Catering, and I could not have been more pleased. The venue was beautiful--the Christmas lights and chandeliers provide just the right atmosphere. The room is spacious and arranged in a way that no guest feels like they're stuck in the corner. Noah (the manager), was always helpful and accommodating throughout all of the planning. The staff were outstanding--they were courteous and went out of their way to make sure things ran smoothly. And the prices are really great! I looked at lots of venues for wedding receptions in the area, and couldn't find any as low as Custom Catering! I would definitely recommend that you check them out! --Lexi more

Great homemade cooking! 3/8/2011

I had my wedding reception at Custom Catering back in January. It was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and kind. Our reception felt like Grandma's home cooking, but with an open bar and DJ playing music. We had a hard time getting everyone to leave since they were having so much fun. What wonderful memories. Hope to have our 20 year anniversary party there in 2031. Excellent event space, in the New River Valley, to provide such beautiful memories to a special occasion. more

THE best!!?? By ms_susan2002 - Jun 30, 2010 CCC, along with it's impeccable, OVER THE TOP staff and menu, made my daughters' wedding reception the most spectacular EVENT of the summer for ALL in attendance! From the instant we contacted them, to the day of the event - they have been professional and helpful - which was a blessing to me since I live 3 hours away!! Every guest commented that it was the BEST food they had ever eaten at a wedding reception - all of it homemade and delicious! The staff was prompt and always smiling - I would definately recommend this venue for ANY event - especially the most precious day of your daughters life! Guests were requesting information to hire them for "their" events, as well! I can't say enough about this place...it made a wonderful day into a fairytale!? more

One of the Best 8/20/2005

Custom Catering is the best known catering company in Blacksburg, They are located near Food Lion at the corner of Patrick Henry Drive and North Main Street. Paved parking is limited, so if an event is held at their building, either plan on getting there early or parking in the adjoining grass lot. The prices are reasonable, and the food is good. more
