I had my high mileage, diesel truck and trailer loaded up and getting ready to head out of town. I didn't get too far before the engine stalled not far from the ford dealer.It was early morning and they had my high pressure oil pump changed out and my truck running the same day, which is no small feat for anyone who knows diesels. All around great experience with the people there, and the trip went off with no further interruptions. more

I took my car in to address a Ford recall and to check a heating problem. The recall may have been done correctly, but the work performed on the heater at $250+ was useless--we sat in their lot when picking it up and ran it and there was no heat at all. Is this supposed to be fixed? They offered to check it out, and of course recommended a new repair--$400 more dollars. When we came to pick it up after this repair, the lights on the heater panel on the dash weren't working (and of course they were working before these guys got their hands on it) and the car, which ran like a top before Barile got their hands on it, was now bucking and sputtering on idle and showing a check engine light. Recommendation to fix the rough idle? $900 in repairs. You do the math. This is too many ""coincidences."" They either ""cause"" the problems or are too incompetent to get the job done correctly. The employees who work on the showroom floor at Barile Ford are good employees who know information about the cars that they sell, but are not pushy and do not push you to make a purchase. They understand that you want to make a wise decision and they help you to make that decision also. They want you to be happy with your car and also able to afford it. The body shop employees are also good. I have had work performed on my car several times. They are a little pricey, but most dealerships are. It is always helpful to me to bring my car to a dealership where I know they my car. Barile Ford is a great place to purchase a car and get work done to your exsisting ones! more
