If I could give them no stars, I would. DO NOT USE THEM, OR GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING.
When I first made the call to get a quote I specifically asked the lady on the phone if there was an hourly rate for troubleshooting my water heater. She specified that they provide free estimates and that once the estimate is ready I could decide to get their services or not. That sounded too good to me, and it was. Other places where very upfront about hourly rate just to go to your house; they weren't. I do not like to be blindsided with fees and services. I gladly pay when everything has been clear to me and understood...On the day of the appointment they asked me twice to see if the technician could go early... No we plan our work schedule around the already set time, I don't understand why they didn't make a note of this on the first call. The time of the appointment comes up and Juan shows up on time, asks about the water heater problem and gives us an estimate for the valve, then he proceeds to lit the heater and is ready to leave within 20 minutes, not of course after charging $125. Which I'm appall by given I was told the estimate was free and he didn't provide any service other than giving an estimate. I called Cummings right after he left, only for them to tell me that the service was that he lit the heater, literally I paid $125 for him to press a button. We KNOW pretty well how to turn on the heater, we had been dealing with that for two weeks. Is not like he said "Madam you want me to turn on the heater for you, this service is $125?" OFCOURSE NOT! This is ridiculous; I will NEVER EVER go with this company because of their deceit ways.
I'm supposed to get a call from the manager, I won't hold my breath!!!
