This world-famous culinary school along the Hudson Valley has an interesting, though not comprehensive, book store. If you like books for the professional cook, you'll find plenty here. There are a lot of specialty books as well -- how to carve, how make decorative vegetables, and such. If you happen to be at the CIA, check it out. more
