Culinary Crafts

Our family was thrilled with the rehearsal dinner Culiary Crafts catered for us at The Swaner Eco-Center in Park City in June. We live in Montana and our son's wedding was in Park City. The logistics of hosting a dinner in an unfamiliar place were a bit daunting, but right from the beginning, Kaleb and his staff were creative with the decor as well as the menu. The evening of the event was perfect, and the food and service provided by Culinary Crafts exceeded our expectations. I wish I had another opportunity to use their services again! more

We did a large 285 person event, worked with the company for the first time, and had numerous requests. They did a dynamite job!!! Always got back to me, easy to understand billing, fantastic on-site staff, happy to do a walk through with me all the way in Heber, and the follow through was great! Definitely reccomend this company!!! more

We have used Culinary Crafts many times over at least once every few months for larger events we host at our customer's site. Caleb and his team are always top notch. They are very fast and professional to respond to our needs and continue to amaze us with their ideas and set ups. We typically go to them with a theme for our events and they come back not only with food options but decoration/setup options for us. They offer a great value add in being able to process one request with their team and have them complete the order, set up, service, and tear down. We will continue to use them for our events. more

Culinary Crafts, and Rachel, whom we dealt with regularly were all absolutely superb. Their customer service, food, presentation, and creativity far exceed any caterer I have used or worked with before. I was deeply impressed with their presentation; I've never seen such creativity or plating or table design. Their menu is extremely varied, something for everyone from a basic picnic menu to the top of the line in lobster, filet, and baked Alaska. I personally have ridiculously extreme food allergies and Rachel and CC did everything they could to make sure I could eat the majority of food at my own wedding - truly NOT an easy task. They were fair in their pricing, solid in their communication skills, and were a pleasure to do business with. If I EVER have to do another event in Utah, I will not hesitate to call them and book them immediately. You simply cannot go wrong with them! Heck, they even loved a salad I created for myself so much that they added it to their menu. You have to admire a company that is always willing to learn and expand. I attend many parties and can always tell when Culinary Crafts is present. When it comes to my own, I choose Culinary Crafts everytime. Each time I am impressed that when I call their office, anyone can answer my questions. They direct me each time in developing a full timeline and design scheme, even when the budget is minimal. Everyone is trained to read my proposal and if they don't know the answer to my question, they call back promptly with it. The presentation is unforgettably beautiful, the event team is service oriented and helpful, and the food is undeniably top notch. I could tell that the food was made from scratch and not pulled from a freezer or box. Innovative and creative displays and recipes have made each of my events memorable and bring my guests back in droves. I couldn't be less impressed with Culinary Crafts! I felt like I spoke with someone different everytime - it would have been nice to have one person assigned to my event. When it came time for the big event, things were not as I asked them to be and the food was decent at best. I believe they have won best caterer in Utah for quite a few years in a row - I expected so much more! The salad was drenched in dressing, fruit looked less than fresh, food was not displayed as I had told them to. All in all, a major disappointment!
