I can't tell you how disappointed I am with my order. I bought cufflinks that were among the more expensive things I've bought, expecting a high quality, good looking item. I could not have been more wrong. The cufflinks looked cheap and the worst part is they absolutely did not match the photo on the website. When I contacted the company, I was told that I was in the wrong because the description alluded to a colour feature that was not shown whatsoever in the photo. Even if the colour was off and the rest of the design was accurate, I wouldn't have been mad, but the entirety of the cufflinks were different than what was shown. I'm now out shipping and duties because Cufflinks Depot refuses to acknowledge that they sent me a product I didn't purchase. I absolutely would NOT recommend this store to anyone and would encourage you to go literally anywhere else. more

Color of box not accurate on line. Then when shipped back in exact box with their packaging. They claimed it was damaged and wanted me to pay the expense of damage and file claim. And wouldn’t provide me with new box. Businesses I would think would have insurance for this and for all I knew it was damaged when they sent it. Huge disappointment and it was a personalized box with inscription. more

I received a pair gold cufflinks for Christmas 2017 and by June one of them began to discolor and grow little etched lines over the surface. I happened across the box today and visited the website. I was greeted by a chat window and I explained the problem and sent a picture. Steven suggested that they were "gold colored" and try cleaning with silver polish. I tried it and it didn't help. I think there is a serious quality problem with one of the cufflinks and a more serious customer service problem. I would recommend avoiding this place and buying from a more reputable source. The prices are for gold but instead you get "gold colored" whatever that means. more

Got my custom cufflinks from this company. They helped design the cufflink and manufactured it. the result is a beautiful clock cufflink with moving hands!! Amazing work and I would shop there again. Great cufflink knowledge for sure! more

I read the prior reviews and called about getting a personalized engraved cuff link for my husband on his birthday. The staff was very helpful in helping me pic the font and image for the site. The result was amazing and my husband loved it! No reservation to use them again more

Placed my order online and all looked fine. I live in Canada, and I put my address as such when ordering. It offered me free shipping, which obviously I opted for. Put in my CC details and got an email confirming the order. 2 days later I got an email from them saying they do not offer free shipping to Canada and I must pay $17-21 to ship it. Odd, as it offered me free shipping when I ordered. Also, they said I must call in with my CC details. Very strange as I entered it all online when ordering. I called in to see what was going on and the person I spoke to, while polite and friendly, was totally useless. She had no answer as to why it OFFERED me free shipping if it wasnt available for my country, and had no answers as to where my CC info went! VERY concerning!! I opted to cancel the entire order and will just source it elsewhere. I would not recommend these guys to anyone - super sketchy if you ask me!! Now, in all fairness, they had some great prices and their website is easy to use. However, the HUGE cons outweigh the pros here. Too bad too, as I was really excited about my order! Oh well, hopefully others can learn from my experience. Cheers! more

I recently ordered a pair of engraved cufflinks for my boyfriend for Christmas. When placing the order, I put in the initials in logicalorder (first, middle, last initial). Well since I was placing the order on an iPhone, I did not see any instructions that the initials needed to be included in the order that you would want them engraved (first, last, middle initial) After the cufflinks arrived with the initials engraved in the wrong order, I called up customer service to see if there was anything they could do and explained to them that if they went to place an order on an iPhone, they would not see the crucial information regarding the engraving instructions. The woman at customer service down right rude to me and told me the cufflinks were worthless to them since they were engraved and told me there was nothing she could do for me. At this point, I told her they were also worthless to me since they had the wrong initials engraved. Completely disgusted with the level of customer service I received and will take my business elsewhere from now on. more

I ordered cufflinks on Nov. 29 for a Christmas gift and after a complete runaround, I still have not received the order. The company made excuse after excuse - we are shipping them today, we sent them to another customer and NOW we are shipping them today, they were sent priority mail, we can't provide you with a tracking number, etc etc. Now at the last minute, I am short this important gift b/c they were not honest about the situation to begin with. I have doubts the gift was even shipped in the first place. Suffice to say, I would buy from anyone else before I could go to Cufflinks Depot. more
