Wonderful customer service 3/8/2011

I rent a unit here at u store it on Jeff Davis Highway. I am pretty sure the manager there was Yanna. I brought it to Yanna's attention that the lights near my unit were out, and it was dark. The very next day when I arrived at my unit the lights were fixed and it was very bright. I was very impressed with the quick response and the attention that was given to the customers. I was very pleased with the how Yanna handled my concerns and the quickness of getting the problem solved. Well done!!! more
